For 6 max every position has its own designation.
For 7-8 players there are 2 MP and 1 (or 2) EP. For 9-10 players there are 3 MP and 2 (or 3) EP.
I was away for New Year's and wasn't able to get to this before I left but hopefully I'll have time to build and post this for everyone today.
