HUD displaying wrong name

Postby mrjorisa » Fri Mar 23, 2012 5:48 pm

While playing ZOOM, my HUD often displays the wrong opponent's stats in certain hands (ss below). This problem does not occur at the normal tables. I believe that sometimes as tables change, the stats of the new opponents do not load up. FWIW my cpu has pt4/stars running on ssd, intel i5-2500k, 8gb ram. Is this a known bug for zoom? Resetting the HUD during the hand does not solve the problem as well. It's a pretty big and expensive problem imo and hopefully can be fixed.

If you are using the latest version make sure your preferred seating is set correctly in both PokerStars and PokerTracker.

bump

this problem needs proper attention n has to be resolved rather than just brushing it aside as a problem on our user side i.e not updated software etc.

Next time you see this please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with a full screenshot and the hand history files from the session so that we can investigate further.
