Street by Street HUD

Any plans for a street by street HUD that changes what is displayed based on whether it is preflop, flop, turn or river?

No, this is not planned currently. PT4 gets its information from the hand history files which are written after the hand completes. To do that sort of thing across all sites that we support would be a huge job and has potential to break very easily when a site updates their software so is unlikely to be done any time soon.
