4bet Range and further issues

4bet-range:
i would like to have 4bet-range in the HUD. At the moment i only have the % and have to calculate on my own- Would be imo an improvement to have also 4bet-range as HUD-stat available

Changing HUD-configuration while playing crashes PT4:
Don't know, if this is a known issue, but at me PT4 crashes quite often, when i change the HUD with tables open.

Also the "my reports" section could be a little bit more intuitive. For me (maybe because i'm a noob :roll: ) it was a pain in the ass to configure reports like ">20bb losses". The "simple filters" section looks nice and is good to handle, but - i'm a noob - didn't seem to filter, what i wanted.

it would be great, if the note icon would be customizable. For example: ability to set, that the whole icon changes colour, if there are notes. This tiny yellow frame lacks visability for my taste.

Else it's a great piece of work so far, especially since the latest update, what really improved the performance.

Exactly do you want to see in the HUD?

Don't know, if this is a known issue, but at me PT4 crashes quite often, when i change the HUD with tables open.

If PT4 crashes it should offer to upload a crash report when you restart - if so, please do this so that the development team can investigate the problem
If it hasn't offered you the crash report upload then if it crashes again please attach the PokerTracker4.log and PokerTrackerHud4.log files from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket BEFORE you restart PT4.
Please describe what you were doing before the crash - the more detail we have the easier it is to track down an issue.

Please tell us exactly what filter you're trying to use, but isn't working, so that we can check it out.

The development team are discussing ways of making the note icon changes more obvious.

4bet Range:
At the moment the stat for 4bet preflop expresses the %, how often s.o. 4bets. What i would like is the 4bet-range (sry, i come from HM). For example:

Villain openraises 10% and 4bets 20% what would give him a 4bet-range of 2%

Next time it happens i will send the files. It was until now 2 times. I had 20 tables open, was changing some stats in the HUD and when pressing "apply", PT4 stopped responding.

My reports:
Ok, let's take the example: i want to see all hands, where i lost more than 20bb. I go on "My reports", click "New report", in the new window i click "Hand report". Then i go on "filters" and proceed to the "simple filters". Inthe new window i turn on "player is hero" and go to "win/loss". There i click "Player lost hand", turn on "Amount won / lost" and set "BB between" to 20 and 150. Then i click add to filter, see the summary, press "save & apply filter". After this PT4 doesn't show me any hand.

On "4Bet Range" - we call that stat "4Bet+ Ratio" - it's not really a range of hands, hence we thought Ratio was more accurate.

We are aware of those crashes and we are investigating their cause and will get them fixed.

On the amount won/lost area you need to use negative numbers to indicate losses - if you want hands where you lost between 20 and 150 big blinds you'd need to use -20 and -150.

Ok, that was it. I think it would be better (or correcter) not to have to use the "-". The expression is with the "-": Hero lost between -20 and -150bb, what is equal to Hero won :D .

The option to choose, if Hero won or lost is imo enough and not so missleading like the current input-requirements. Just my five cents.
