Append Quick Filter in Main Page vs Edit Quick Filters

Append in 2 steps rather then 4.

If you create a core of filters but want to combine / use them for different stakes or combination of positions, sites, ..... appending can be quicker.

It seems more logical to have it on the main page as a feature / option ?
