If that is for use in the HUD you can use the regular CBet stat and then set an IP or OOP 'Has Position' property under 'Item Properties' for it in the HUD Profile Editor:

If you want separate CBet IP/OOP statistics for use in a report then they are available in the Download Warehouse.
