all in adj doesn't work

Something strange happened to me. I'm using pt4. It basically doesn't track my all-in adj anymore. I went broke at 75% equity, but the software tracks my hand (lost) but doesn't let me raise my all-in adj.

In a hand like this where there was further action on another street after an all-in then PokerTracker 4 does not calculate adjusted equity as it introduces a bias in the results.
