STATS MISSED AFTER CREATION

Hi guys!!
I´m having a strange issue.
When I create a new statistic for the HUD, the new statistics disappear, as do the columns. At first, I thought the issue was on my end—that for some reason I wasn't clicking "OK" after creating the columns and statistics. However, even after deliberately following the process, the problem recurred. Have you heard about this from anyone else? Or is it just me?

That could be a Windows permissions issue or a security software conflict. Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you.
