That is a known issue with PostgreSQL 17+. If you want to be notified when that is resolved you can open a Support Ticket otherwise in the meantime you'll need to revert to PostgreSQL v16.

We have an alpha version of PokerTracker 4 available with a fix for this issue so if you want to try it you can download the installer here:

Also bear in mind that there are other changes in this build too and it's possible there may be side-effects so let us know if you come across any problems.

You can continue to use this alpha until the next stable version is available. You should update to the stable at that time as it will contain everything in this alpha and more.
