Could you please help me out? When I'm heads-up tourney and there is only one blind (or less) remaining—which usually happens when it's an automatic all-in situation—my HUD suddenly appears at me. What might be the fix for this? In the settings, it is configured to everyone but hero

I checked—it displays hud the same way in the replay.

I don't know why that would be happening. So we can follow up with you on this please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue in the replayer and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle and hand histories from the replayed tournament to a Support Ticket:
