Weeks with no Hud working

i requested help as to why I do not have a working HUD.
My PT4 seems to be not working at all.

Can I uninstall and reinstall?
If so how do I get my validation key for registration?

What site are you playing at? Have you look at our Configuration Guides for your sites? What happens when you click Get Hands While Playing?

If PokerTracker opens up successfully, reinstalling isn't going to improve things.
