Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying for a while to display a realistic RFI stat in my PokerTracker 4 HUD, but I can’t seem to get anything consistent or accurate. I’m mainly playing online MTTs, and I’m very familiar with how this stat should look based on years of experience and cross-checking with professional HUDs like Hand2Note.
For example, over a large sample, my SB RFI was around 27% when I used H2N, which is perfectly logical for my style and confirmed by several other regs.
But when I try to replicate the same stat in PT4 — using the “Opportunity to Raise First In” filter and every combination I can think of — it suddenly shows around 44%, which makes absolutely no sense.
I’ve checked the available options under “Preflop / Opportunities / Raise First In,” but PT4 doesn’t seem to have a precise equivalent or additional filter settings that narrow it correctly (for example excluding limpers or 3-bet opportunities).
I’ve also verified that I’m not using any conflicting filters or position mislabels.
So far I’ve tried:
The basic “Opportunity to Raise First In” definition
Creating custom stats using preflop actions and opportunities
Filtering by position and stack size to see if something was skewing the data
Nothing matches the expected values.
What I’m looking for is a way to replicate the “Raise First In” logic from Hand2Note inside PT4, so I can finally display a reliable RFI stat by position in my HUD.
Has anyone managed to get realistic RFI numbers in PT4 (especially in MTTs) or created a custom stat that matches H2N’s logic?
If yes, could you please share how you defined it or what filters you used?
Thanks a lot — any help from PT4 experts or MTT regs who’ve faced the same issue would be super appreciated.
